My online Mat Pilates membership is designed to help you move with strength, ease, and confidence, wherever you are. Each month, I create carefully crafted new sequences suitable for all levels, each with a purpose:

Strength - A dynamic flow using weights to build power.
Flow - A balanced sequence to enhance endurance, mobility, and control.
Stretch - A slower, restorative flow to release tension and improve flexibility.

Every month comes with a twist - a theme, a focus on a particular area of the body, or a piece of equipment to explore, so you’ll always have something new to inspire your practice.

Once you subscribe, you’ll also have access to all previous monthly content, so you can repeat your favourites whenever you like, building a full library of flows at your fingertips.
